Smothered Lies

Is it lonely in the depths of lies you spin?

Or do you feed upon the hearts you win?
Until their eyes, veiled, uncovered.
Your poisoned breath,
Leaves no more, smothered.
You're caught, and sunken in a daze.
And fear the lonesome, sans shifting ways.
